of these services or all of them, it's up to you. We can offer a tailor
made service to suit your needs. This service is available for your
piece of mind when you are not at your property or to those of you who
have let your property out for rent. We can help you in all areas such as, furnishings, decorating, insurance, property management, general maintenance, cleaning. We can give general advice to help you make better use of your time. While you are in Spain we would be delighted to meet and talk to you personally, which will give us the opportunity to see how we can be of service in the future. Term Rental – If you are letting your property long
term in Spain you should be aware of the need of having a contract.
We can get your contract drawn up for you in English and Spanish. Property
owners must provide a long term contract for the tenant or they may
have difficultly in getting the tenant to leave the property at the
end of the term. Key
Holding Service – We can hold the keys to your property,
make periodic visits to air the property, bring in post, run water,
make checks, allow tradesmen entry etc. We will email you after each
visit to update you and notify you if anything at your property needs
attention. Security
– We can arrange for locks to be changed or keys cut. Quotes can
be provided for a complete alarm system, metal grills for the windows,
motorised and manual shutters, safes and security locks. Cleaning
Service – We can clean your property before and after
clients stay or before and after your stay. Snagging
List – We can check your property and put a snagging
list together, get it translated into Spanish for your lawyer and be
at the property when the snags are being fixed. Tradesmen
– If you need any type of tradesmen we can get quotes or arrange
for work to be done. We can be at the property while work is being carried
out. We can also arrange for emergency work to be done. Advertising
for Rent – Enter all property details onto our website
(you supply us with the text and photos). This will cost 36 euros for
one year. You can request changes to your property details at any time.
To advertise Car
Hire or Taxi – Just email us and we can arrange pick
up from the airport. Furnishings
– We offer a shopping service. We can take you to visit local suppliers
or we can show you a range of furniture packages designed for people
moving abroad. Each package includes everything you are going to need
in your new home. You can buy one item or the whole package from the
chopping board or bed linen to all the furniture. We will liaise with
these companies to allow access to your property for measurements and
final installation. Shopping
Guide – We can give general advice on where to find
required items. Insurance – We can provide quotes for all types of insurance from a reputable insurance broker. Satellite
TV, Telephone and Internet installation – We can arrange
